Coming To Grips With Reality
It is funny, no matter how long somebody has been wearing reading glasses, they still seam to ask the question: "Why did this happen to My Eyes?" The reality is that it happens to everybody's eyes.
Like the old saying goes, their are a few realities in life, Death, Taxes, and Presbyopia. So at those times when it seems like such a hassle to put on your glasses and take them back off, just remember that everybody throughout history, who made it past 40 needed some sort of near vision correction or adjustment to their current eyeglass prescription.
The beautiful thing and advantage that all presbyopes today have over everybody else throughout history is the simple availability of designs and eyeglasses. Remember the old one size fits all librarian eyeglasses that everybody used to have to wear? Well those days are over, now you can easily locate styles by color, size, power, even gender. That's right, looking for mens reading glasses, no problem. want red readers? also, simple!
So rather than ask, why is this happening to my eyes?, rejoice and have fun with eyeglasses and new vision.
