I have had a very long love/hate relationship with eyeglasses since I first started wearing them when I was seven years old. I used to hate eyeglasses and being called four-eyes when I was a child. However, as a young adult, eyeglasses are not a hindrance to my self-esteem; eyeglasses actually improve my confidence.

Now I need glasses for pretty much everything. Reading, seeing in the distance and just about everything in between. The styles that are available to me really can define who I am, and who I like to be.

So it was a tough journey as a kid, but now I love my glasses!
